Most of our caravans are for sealed road use only. However, we do have “Austin,” a Jayco Swan, “Lily,” another Jayco Swan, and “Molly,” the Jayco Expander, that can be taken off-road for short distances. This needs to be confirmed prior to your booking.

If you already have a brake controller fitted, that’s great. But if not, don’t worry; all of our vans come with a standard inclusion of a Bluetooth electric portable brake controller unit.

For Caravans: We keep your credit card details on file in case there is damage to the caravan or if it’s not returned in the condition you received it in. Depending on the level of insurance cover you’ve selected, we require the excess to be available funds on your credit card. This hold is released as soon as you return the van in good, acceptable condition, just as you received it.

For Campervans: We hold a $1000 bond on your credit or debit card unless the Moderate or Premium Insurance option is selected. The $1000 bond will be returned to your account within 5-7 working days after the hire is completed with no damage recorded, fines received, or excess cleaning required.

If you don’t have the right tow vehicle or simply don’t want to tow, talk to us about our drop-off service. Understandably, extra charges and certain restrictions do apply.

Yes we do, see below:

  • If cancelled from 30-22 days prior to pick up – 10% of Rental.
  • If cancelled from 21-7 days prior to pick up – 20% of Rental.
  • If cancelled from 6-2 days prior to pick up – 50% of Rental.
  • If cancelled day before pick up or on day of pick up – 100% of Rental.

Unfortunately, we cannot hire to customers under the age of 21 or if you do not have your full driver’s license.

We offer free pick-up and drop-off from your airport or hotel 6 days a week:

  • Monday – Friday: Pick up and drop off available between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm.
  • Saturday: Pick up and drop off available between 9 am and 4.30 pm. If you require pick up outside of the above windows, please speak to our friendly staff when you book.

Yes, once your booking is approved, you can call our office and pay a 25% deposit to hold your booking. 30 days before you travel, we will call you and collect the remaining balance. At that time, we will book a time for your handover.
